Osuna’s Local Government Board has awarded two public space improvement projects: renovating several children’s playgrounds and repairing and resurfacing streets. Both form part of Seville Provincial Council’s 2026 Provincial Cooperation Plan for Works and Services, with a combined investment of more than €337,000, according to the Town Council.
Safer playgrounds
Apsol Ibérica, S.L. will carry out the playground work for just over €136,000. It will renew safety surfacing, adapt existing play areas and install new equipment. Work will focus on areas where use and time have damaged surfaces and facilities. The project has a Provincial Council grant of more than €139,000 and a six-month timeframe.
Renewed streets
The resurfacing contract has been awarded to Canteras de Almargen, S.L. for around €201,000. Work will address roads with wear, cracks and uneven surfaces to improve the road surface, traffic flow and road safety. The Provincial Council is contributing more than €146,000 and the Town Council €60,000. The works are scheduled to take five months.
